First: most of the time fees for inside and outside of the country applications differ. Outside of the country application charges are usually lower as compared to inside the country, so if you stay in the UAE, be ready to pay more. Also, if you by mistake state your location as outside of the UAE, while you are inside of the country, it will take you a lot of time and efforts to introduce necessary changes.
